Brain Games for Teens is an engaging event designed to challenge and entertain teens with a variety of puzzles, games, and mental challenges. Participants will test their logic, memory, creativity, and teamwork through hands-on activities and friendly competition. This event encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and social interaction in a fun, supportive environment.
Learning Objectives
- Critical Thinking:
Strengthen logical reasoning and problem-solving through puzzles and strategy games. - Cognitive Flexibility:
Improve the ability to switch between tasks and adapt to new challenges (e.g., Stroop Test). - Memory & Attention:
Enhance short-term memory and focus with memory-based and pattern recognition games. - Teamwork & Communication:
Build collaboration and nonverbal communication skills through group activities like Jigsaw Jumble and board games. - Creativity:
Encourage creative thinking with open-ended challenges and design-based tasks (e.g., airplane toss, visual illusions). - Math & Language Skills:
Reinforce math and language abilities through riddles, pattern problems, and word games.
