Create your own Cube Game

The Cube Game Craft event is a creative, hands-on program where children design and build their own cube-based games. Using simple materials like paper, cardstock, and markers, participants will construct custom cubes, decorate them, and invent unique games to play together. This activity fosters imagination, fine motor skills, and early understanding of game design and spatial reasoning.

Learning Objectives

  • Creativity & Self-Expression:
    Encourage children to use their imagination in designing and decorating their cubes and inventing new games.

  • Fine Motor Skills:
    Develop cutting, folding, gluing, and drawing abilities through hands-on crafting.

  • Spatial Reasoning:
    Understand how 2D templates become 3D objects and explore how shapes interact in space.

  • Basic Game Design:
    Learn how to create simple rules and structure for a game, fostering logical thinking and planning.

  • Collaboration & Communication:
    Practice sharing ideas, giving feedback, and playing together in a group setting.

Cube Game Craft is a fun, educational event that blends art, STEM, and play, giving children the joy of making something new and sharing it with friends.
