The Teen Leadership Council aims to give the Library a new perspective on youth and youth a new perspective on libraries. TLC members play a critical role in developing the Library’s young adult collection, young adult outreach, and event planning and marketing, and making the Library a friendlier and more welcoming place for young adults.

What Members Do:

• Brainstorm ways the library can better serve teens.
• Help create and impliment teen programming
• Earn volunteer hours to enhance your college applications.
• Make friends and have snacks.
