School, friends, work, activities, and life can feel like a lot. This teens-and-tween-only yoga session is a chill space to move, breathe, and reset your mind. We’ll focus on beginner-friendly poses, simple breathing techniques, and mindfulness to help reduce stress, improve focus, and build strength and flexibility.
No experience needed. Show up, stretch it out, and give your brain a break.
