Take a break, stretch your mind and body, and find your flow! This calming yoga session is designed just for teens, offering a chance to relax, recharge, and build mindfulness in a supportive space. Led by a certified instructor, each class focuses on gentle movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and promote balance—no experience needed!
For ages 13–18. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel.
