Keep your mind sharp and engaged with Wits Workout, a fun brain fitness session designed for seniors. This program offers stimulating mental exercises including puzzles, brain teasers, word challenges, trivia, and memory games in a relaxed, social setting.
Participants will enjoy cognitive activities that help boost memory, focus, and mental agility while connecting with fellow community members. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn and have fun!
